it is not rich in Thorium. it is very low in fact about 1/3 to the max where any special handling was required by international standard. The SMSL people made a big deal of it and had the MAL limits reduced way below the international limits. Now here you come saying it is "rich in Thorium" what are you trying to do stir up old problems that have been put to bed years ago just because you read one article about one reactor.
