IMO they'd have to at least kick the tires and look under the hood to see what can be of benefit to Lynas, they'd be stupid not to take a look, IMO at their bankrupt competitor's operations and assets (aside from their REE deposit) and I guess (big guess, I could be wrong here) it's free of charge.
