can't see the Molycorp creditors wanting Lynas shares so ...

..... the obvious option to pay for such a purchase would be a capital raising

..... and how much would they need to pay for Molycorp assets ???

    .... lets assume a USD$200M purchase price = AUD$281M (at 71 cent exchange rate)

..... say a capital raising at 4 cents a share = hey that's only another 7 billion new shares to be issued

perhaps the purchase price is only USD$100M - bargain only another 3.5 billion shares to be issued at 4 cents a share

Great opportunity for the insto's to buy back in .... but wait the insto's won't pay 4 cents a share, they will want their pound of flesh ... yes 2 cents a share is more likely for the instos, and you are back to another 7 billion shares needing to be issued

    you do the numbers

perhaps the Japanese will provide a new loan on the "never never" to pay for the Molycorp assets purchase
