I always find it interesting when someone tries to use a term that they have no clue what it means to try and sound more knowledgeable than they are.
I googled banks and bps and here are the first 3 hits.
    https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/basispoint.as
    https://www.wallstreetmojo.com/basis-points-bps
    https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/finance/basis-points-bps-definition/

As you can See BPS is used to note a change in interest or exchange rate which makes no sense the way you used it. For example the AUD USD at 1:35 PM Us EST was changed +0.0093 so saying it changed 93 bp would be a great way of indicating the change without confusion. The FOMC is wxpected to raise interest rates 75 bp next tuesday.

I also do not get what your 350 bps relates to the high of day was 5.22 USD up 0.15 so it could not have been cents. 0.15 / 5.07= 2.95 % so that does not even make any sence with your 350bps. since in % terms it was not even close/

If you are going to use terms to make yourself sound knowledgeable, please google them first to make sure you are at least close to using them properly.
