I know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but it seems that this setance could clear things up regarding of whether shipping of the ore was classified as 'new work' on the TOL. It appears to confirm thatthe ore is already on site.
Jeez, I would love the 8th to go our way, and then LYC reps to walk out on the steps of the High Court and utter a short statement like:
'We are very pleased that the Judge agreed with the preacautions taken to ensure the safety of the community, (insert more of this kind of blab here)..and we are excited to begin feeding the LAMP tomorrow.'
