the hard truth is that LYC's future is now in the hands of malaysian political realities because mgt now lacks the credibility or funds to seek alternative solutions...
in short, it's malaysia or bust..why mgt placed itself in this position is anyone's guess...
i learned hard lessons about sovereign risk years ago and glad i used them with lynas
unless you have deep enough pockets and the patience to wait YEARS my advice is to get out now and move on
