Jan, why don't you be really selective in your quote and just say that .... Lynas .... has achieved .... 100% ... of its nameplate capacity. Then everyone will think that Phase II is running as well!
You know damn well that the 100% only refers to the cracking and leaching: are you terrified that people might not like the partial picture?
