I'm still up about 10K on the pre election slump, which is where I was at about 18 months ago, so a zero sum game at present, but enjoying the ride.
Note that the concentration plant is adjacent to the mine. Alas, I too was bitterly disappointed that they didn't build the refinery here in Oz as well, but on listening to EN, it is clear that the necessary chemicals and energy sources were not readily available nearby or in Perth. My understanding is that this made the economics of an Australian refinery marginal.
I have accepted this and commend the company on getting both plants operational.
For now it is a game of smoke and mirrors until the industry is transformed from a manipulated Chinese spot market to one where supply is more reliable.
