Now you’re showing a serious thing here moo and nothing has countered it from Lynas to date, plus this is a bit of a one off situation in that no matter what the sales are they do not need to say a peep until they need to comply with the rules.
I say this is a bit of a one off because sales at a nice high level will lock into future projections and if good would absolutely blow some predators with connections.
Contrary to many I never went with NC being in with the lenders as such, he just knew what had to b done to raise the cash, sort of sell your soul, well perhaps you do for a while and then get some payback.
