I am assuming the Chairman's people who took up decent parcels in capital raise in March and July are local interests or people close to them- that would be an indication that there is something longer term in play here; if that is the case, i dont see a takeover at these share prices; i agree, i dont see why LIN should be taken over at less than a billion dollars at least.
