Kal being the big one, around half a billion dollars. I believe US govt is kicking in some money for the US plants. At any rate, if Kal is as hugely successful as we might expect, given the huge inctease in production volumes, Lynas could well afford both a dividend as well as funding other 'small' projects. If another major growth opportunity presented of course, it might be a different story.
