To be able to pay a dividend a Company (GENERALLY) needs to be profitable ie it has used up its' accumulated losses
Using you figure above; once LYC has made $600+ in profits and used up its accumulated losses; THEN it is in a position to pay a dividend; IF the Board decide to.
