Of course if manipulation exist and it created a false undervalue for your shares, and the CR price was based on that undervalued share price, then of course dilution is there.

But the above did not happen. Proof....because the SP is now way below 0.75. You can buy millions of dollars at sub 0.60.
And by buying at sub 0.60, the ones complaining about dilution would be the insto who paid 0.75 in the CR.

Or to look at it in another way, if manipulation existed to get a lower price for the CR, that would have stopped after the CR. But the slide did not stop - it became even lower (much lower) after the CR.
