    Nov 30th Shareholders meeting to approve AEA's acquisition of JDC ..see ASX announcement 14th Sept ..this transaction transforms the company with coking coal assets in indonesia,cash etc.. suggest you read it ...it is for all intents and purposes a new company ..with coking coal assets hopefully producing income within 18mths.
