    FWIW don't include the 120mil cash they have after the EGM in their market cap.

    Their enterprise value is currently only 180mil.

    The 550 NPV is also pre resource upgrade and NdPr price rise.

    See potential multiple easy bags hanging off this tree when the CR washes through.
