interesting indeed.....paying back loads of cash in special divis is very short sighted and as you guys mention potential catastrophic longer term. Just how much pull does Orbis have???

I am very wary of brokers recommendations as i have said before...Asciano was dead in the water according to many brokers.....Babcock and Brown were blue chip according to others!

I am tempted to sell and take a small loss as the stock hasn't rebounded as I thought it might - thanks to Lazard no doubt. But no risk no gain! I think I'll wait for the accc announcement and see what impact that has on the price!
