Why would any sane person looking to sell a million shares (at any price) sit there looking like a shag on a rock?
What is obvious is that they don't want the stock higher otherwise they would simply drip feed into the offer.
I'm as nervous as hell with my holding in HXG but fortunately it's small (45k). I can understand anybody leaving, but in such a conspicuous way is nuts (unless there is an ulterior motive).
