Does anyone have an understanding to what extent BDI has rights associated to the above mentioned tenement?

On page 6 of the BDI march 2013 quarterly activity statement it states that the tenement belongs to KDC but in brackets below it reads "BLINA DIAMONDS HAVE RIGHTS TO ALLUVIAL DIAMOND DEPOSITS"

On Page 7 of today's announcement from KDL they are promoting their exploration program on this tenement.

I am interested to know if BDI has any beneficial interest in this exploration program.
