I have a fair interest in the telecoms sector, having recently owned MTU, AMM and owning BGL and VOC, and ruing the decision not to acquire MAQ 6 months ago. Anyway looks like BGL is set to takeover CVA. Interesting play in an industry that still looks ripe for consolidation opportunities. I've posted some comments on the BGL forum for anyone interested.
