    If RUMOUR of a takeover from HuaYou, at 50c, HuaYou only needs to find about A$900m as their stake would be 16.5% on a fully diluted basis. Currently HuaYou's market cap is around A$9.3b, acquisition consideration is about 10% of their market cap.
    It's a Rumour.

    I'd like to see CATL to fight with HuaYou.
