If you guys owned an investment property and a investore from China offered you 200k more you would not sell it.......................... yeah right. And for those claiming there commnets arent racist, would you object to a french toakeover, or a NZ company
An Australian company can buy it if they have the forseight and ability to, if not then whoever does should have the right to.
The funniest part of this thread is certain posters who a few months ago were complaining about the company, its management and its assets are now all of a sudden seeing the immense value are now fearing they may be bought before the company can realise its full potential.
So let me get this right If you guys owned an investment...
