How does that article relate to FAR?

If you are thinking corporate activity... well, let me tell you how the industry values FARs 3 senegal leases currently ....and dont think for a minute Private Equity are some great Santa's... they want an arm and all 3 legs (from my experience!) imo

Now.. here is how smarties 'run the ruler'...

1. Best Case: Look-Thru value vs CNE = A$25/point as previously established = $375m/5b shares = 7.5c

2. Mid Case: WPL transaction level = A$16.5m/point = $247m/5b = 5c

3. Worst Case: Distressed Parcel value (Fire Sale) = A$10m/point = $150m/5b .... 3c

So,,, rampant noise citing 25c, 32c , $1, $7.28 etc is simply not backed by any credible market based benchmarks and is pure fantasy.... happy to hear constructive counters... no dreamers or dummy spitting abusers need apply.
