G'day Razzo, you have written two very interesting post on MAD thread.
From M&A point of view, how do you derisk your oil and gas assets? I don't know if you have followed MAD posts here but there has been a lot of speculation that MAD overstated if this is the right word, their 1P reserves so now they have been drilling 'madly' to make up the numbers.
I personally don't think this is the case but how would you look at it if say you were the banker who was to lend large funds to potential purchaser.
