Hi bhom If a comparable M&A transaction takes place, I consider that relevant information so thought I would share. Anyway, no spam intended!
This transaction seemed comparable in terms of geographical location (US) and land-based drilling of smaller wells. So interesting to me.
That said, I don't think MAD will receive a bid until they have derisked the asset. So earliest in a few months...and of course subject to the success of the drilling campaign that just started.
