You make a good general point. A rough patch in the market is exactly the time when OZL can (hopefully) get some added leverage from it's large retained cash hoard.
Not sure about RXM, or any other listed entity. I am sure OZL has been investigating and analysing a large number of potential copper resources. Prices for assets apparently were getting too stretched, but maybe not atm.
Of course as long as copper stays above $4 as it actually pretty well has OZL is making a bonanza (despite market sentiment).
