Its a hope and hence the use of circa and a point to SEH to put as much gas through asap - 50 sounds/reads nicer than 42 don't you think.
IN the back of my mind am sure when the CEO came on board one of his first targets was to fill the pipeline capacity to 50mmscf/d, so the point being you can always push a little more through like we are currently 26mmscf/d.
