    12 Months ago Treagus announced resignation at end of last fin yr. 8 months since resignation and no replacement. Company is run by 3 directors and a CFO. Small in anyones books. products closely aligned to Lily. Reports highlight lily products and little else. Something is going on. This ain't the usual practice of a company trying to expand its pipeline etc etc.
