As I understand it the plant site and buildings have been constructed with enough spare floor space to install an additional process equipment without much difficulty, and without impacting on existing production. Once CCU has the first circuit optimised, it's really just a matter of dropping the second one in, and carrying the settings over (as a starting point for optimisation of the second circuit.)

Equipment like the silver furnace would not run continuously, so all that happens is that the furnace gets run more frequently.

Expenditure for TSF capacity upgrade would have to be brought forward as the TSF would fill up faster.

They might need a second ore crusher - but often those things can process faster than the processing and extraction circuits.
