    Good point arsenic. Yes quite valid for the current producers like Energy Fuels, UR. I guess not so valid for all others that aren't producing, have no contracts and hence are not arbitraging U308 buys. So really M&A is only valid to non producers or miners that have mines on care and maintenance.
