TBH,, uranium bulls seem divided on Trumps wide reaching executive powers. Eg. Can Trump still enact quotas as per Wilbur Ross, DOC, recommendations.
I am in the camp that says yes,, damm right POTUS can! There are a multitude of actions that can help the survival of US uranium miners, remember,, it needs to be seen as Trump Deal. No free lunch with Trump, unless it's Trump decision making!
Make no mistake,, Trump has stated US uranium miners limitations on supplying homeland uranium is a National Security Issue. However uranium imports are Not. At This Time,,, the President States.
Valueinvestor123, absolutely a takeover could occur but not until the veil of uncertainty is truly removed altogether.
For what it's worth, my personal feelings are very positive for US uranium miners. I've always liked PEN,, very high risk reward. The company on a schedule!!
