Yep and I think that is one of the main arguments in support of the project.
The other ASX miner who is having trouble with approvals had overwhelming support from the community whom recognised the economic benefits of that project. Unfortunately all it took was a small minority of community who objected to the project to derail it. That small minority also claimed unacceptable environmental impacts.
