You got a point here. Kirkland/Agnico did it exemplary some days ago. Call it merger of equals ....cash with great "wine & dine" for managers - short term pain & may be long term gain for holders. Jim Beyer fits into that scheme IMO. I don´t see any miner paying out holders with a hughe premium in this particular case. Sorry for breaking the mood.
