Nah surely we wont accept a valuation under 2.2-2.5 billion, which is too far off where we are now. NCM share holders/finaciers would lose it. Although share price has crashed we are in a strong financial position with 100 mil plus in cash and access to 220 mil. No need to do anything. Probably best if rrl does nothing and let POG do the heavy lifting of the SP.
