There is a lot of talk about this that or the other this is my take on it and all in my opinion !
If there is interest in Pen it will come from a bigger US miner ?
Lot will go it alone minor chance of a Chinese play ?
Dyl will expand his African resource as much as it can and sell it ( in the ground ) no production more than likely to the Chinese ? and is looking at other uranium miners to bring to production vmy was the first play ?
