I know that a number of you, like me, are keenly interested in what goes on behind the scenes in M & A deals.
Novartis recently moved to acquire Regulus Therapeutics. Regulus has now filed its preliminary proxy statement related to the acquisition which provides detailed information on the background to the deal.
