I cant see the cooling treatment, which is known to increase survival rate, being withdrawn. Only need to test NNZ2591 on the surviving babies to see impact of reducing associated symptoms.
On your last paragraph I would think that trial could work on currently existing pool of "survivors" of suitable ages and impairments.
