my two cents - at the investor call today, there was a question about 'the appointment of a defensive advisor' and the M&A prospect. Jon basically stuck to the script and said 'if you refer to the recent asx ann regarding media article, the appointment of Jeffies was for general corporate development'. I thought Jon's response was very carefully worded and again the emphasis was on 'the appointment' as opposed to what's happened after that ie approaches by PE/BP as indicated by the Australian
