Re LAM investment, I don’t know exactly but a couple of thoughts. BOE have a lot of U3O8 IP tied up in it’s in-house experts and this has a value and also needs to be occupied. So a buy-in is credible up to 30-49.9% ‘ish.
At this stage BOE can have a few irons in the fire and keeping to this AU jurisdiction is sensible. QLD LNP is critical of the wasted renewable programs in the state so no surprises if the Qld U3O8 mining campaign is ramped up. Supports the Federal political long game….
