acknowledged Upmarket. PEN may have a rebirth and I hope it does. It is in the right place at the right time. My response was in context of whether BOE would buy into PEN and I think that PEN does has a new coat but still some residual issues (contractor backing out etc). So risk is my main concern but fingers crossed for PEN.
