    Pete I think 30c is too cheap considering the nature of its assets, even despite the debt. Commsec has a current valuation of 0.54c and educated and experienced people on HC value it higher with all things considered. NTA around $1 for instance. I would not be happy to sell at 30c just now think it has more longterm potential than that.
