I reckon today is a strong accumulation going on from fundamental investors, bec. of the future earnings potential fin ESI.
The technical investor sudies the patterns of the sale price of the company's stock.
Will the supply of the shares of the stock being offered for sale be sufficient based on the expected demand for those shares ?

Many times a fundamental investor will find an excellent company with great profits, outlook etc. but for some reason, the technical investor will not be interested in it so the price of the company shares will not go up, even through might it is a well managed and can become a profitable company.
So right now, they buy everything up in th elow 3c level
