I may be totally wrong here but I'm going to say it anyway: IMO the reason they and others cannot increase their holding by any large amount is that there are NO big Sellers (and at this stage why would there be!). You and others say there are no buyers but I would has it a guess that if you and B7 wanted to buy back in for the amounts you sold you would not get them; because they aren't there! Or, at least there for the 'cheap' price you want them at.

The 'pointy end' in neigh and every CDU holder knows it, so we are not selling because we want to be there for the eventual outcome - mining and production.
