As to why it took them 26 days to annouce that when the rules state that the Notice must be lodged within a couple of days, is unbelieavable. I wonder if they are going to get fined for that. Pigs may fly lol.
Let it be clear though, that IMO the responsibility to lodge the Announcements, lyes square on the substantial holder, and not on the Company (CDU) itself.
