I think its the latter option Bluegoose.
M&G have made multiple site visits and sent their own geo to review the data etc. Off the back of these trips they've confirmed their belief in the project by buying on market. This close to mining I reckon they would wait until a clearer picture of at least the + 40mm NCu recovery becomes available. As Jumpstart has said they will no doubt have their price, but I just think they'd be selling themselves short to sell their stake now. When its potentially worth much more a bit down the track with dividends and strategic value at a premium.
Interesting to watch though!
