Thanks Charles , mystery solved, but somehow I do not think this mob will be so insane as too "dump every last share on market". Probably they are aiming to reduce CDU weighting to a pre-set amount, that would allow them to still be in front if the share price doubles ,after production contracts are signed in the next six months.
