    I'm glad M&G / Vanguard are not managing my money or investments.

    I've seen some really dumb things in my time but selling such a large stake in a pretty good company in the fashion these guys are selling is probably one of the most stupid things I have ever seen a fund do.

    With several other large funds / key stakeholders and willing buyers, they could have easily cut a deal to sell a large stake in a single transaction at a much higher price.

    M&G/Vanguard are the frontrunners in the "2013 DUMB Award".
