Look, I have been through this sort of thing numerous times before with these Perth dodgies, and if management present me with a plate of lemons for a 'deal' I am going to peel those lemons and squeeze the rinds in their eyes just like I have done with other lemon deals, eg KEY-Zeta. The only chance they have of getting my vote and giving any proposal a good chance at getting up is if it is a good deal for me (and equally all other current shareholders).

If they think they can pop in a dodgy asset for a huge number of shares to divert the future value of Andrew into the hands of others now Paradigm has got the SP down 97% from 40c, they had better think harder.
