However,
I still come back to the fact that a bank is not resposible for poor investment decisions of its customers.
Yeah & we both know the nuances of that arguement in this specific case.
Depends on which side of the fence you are on.
And what of the MIS's that are ongoing, will be successful, and eventually show a return to the original investors ?
My understanding is that (apart from a particular "weed"), most agricultutural projects take some years to be profitable,and that the original investors would have/should have known this.
