Director resignation
The Board of India Resources Limited (ASX: IRL) wishes to advise the resignation of Michael Kiernan as Deputy Chairman.
Mr Kiernan advised the Board that he has resigned, effectively immediately, to focus his attention on other corporate interests.
The Board would like to thank Mr Kiernan for his valuable contribution to the development of the Company. As Chairman until February 2008, and since then in his capacity as Deputy Chairman, Mr Kiernan has played a considerable role in growing the Company, and taking it into copper production.
