you guys don't seem to get it - why don't you look up the meaning of Market Cap? you can try to gloss over the enormous number of shares on a fully diluted basis if you wish, and those options may/may not be exercised but at this point you can't predict that with any certainty so until then the market will take what the company says as being the status of the share register. It's unequivocal.
